Part-Time Office Assistant
Nationally recognized compounding pharmacy is seeking an energetic office assistant with an upbeat attitude.
We have an intense but fun-loving environment.
The candidate must have a positive attitude with a strong ability to work well with our team.
Candidate must be honest and highly motivated.
Experience is preferred but not necessary.
Duties may include:
Greet public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member
Data Entry
Fax, scan, and copy documents
Maintain office filing and storage systems
Type documents, reports, and correspondence
Monitor and maintain office supplies
Perform work related errands
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous office experience preferred
Competent computer skills including MS Office (Word and Excel)
Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection
Numeric and literacy skills
QuickBooks experience preferred
Basic understanding of accounts receivable preferred
Current CA Driver’s license, clean DVM record
