Whatever changes you are facing- birth, death, aging, new career, new living situation, you or a loved one moving through illness, injury or addiction, or even just the transition to a new way of thinking about your life- the tools of yoga, breath work and meditation can help you move forward with grace, gratitude and growth.
Join me for a series of Sunday afternoon workshops (come to one, two or all three) focusing on meeting changes with authentic positivity. We'll move, stretch, flow, journal and discuss. You'll leave with greater clarity and peace about the transitions you are facing.
