Photo person/ walk through needed

We are out- of-state investors purchasing real estate and are hiring someone who is able to complete the following: - Take photos/ videos of interior/ exterior of properties (does not need to be a professional camera, phone camera is fine as long as quality). - Complete walk throughs with prospects for potential sales. - Provide lock boxes/ key placement when needed. Must be outgoing and approachable. All appointments will need business casual dress. Possibility for a larger role provided. **each task only takes about a half an hour and we are paying $50/ task** Real estate knowledge is a huge PLUS, but not necessary. Please reply in your email to the following questions: 1- What is your availability for photos? Times/ days? (We are looking for someone to do it during the day, as we would like an exterior photo when the sun is still out) 2- Do you have Cashapp or Venmo? This is our preferred method of payment. As soon as we receive the photos, you get paid! 3- How well do you know the Detroit area? Are you familiar with the neighborhoods/ good & bad areas? 4- Tell me a little bit about yourself! Are you outgoing and welcoming? If we bring you on, we want someone to reflect our values as a company. 5- Are you available for more than photos? We will also need walkthroughs, lock box placements, etc. (In which you will be compensated for). 6- What will you be taking photos on? I-phone? Camera? (Atleast 40 photos of each property will be needed) 7- Are you experienced with google docs/ photos/ drive? All photos will need to be sent via google. 8- Do you have a reliable method of transportation?
