I need some sewing done

I have an old car, it's a convertible. When up, the vinyl roof is supported by three cross members which can be seen in one of the pictures. There is supposed to be a strap (see picture) on each side that keeps the three cross members in place. The strap need three loops in them, one cross member going through each. I know, it's a little complicated. But all I really need is someone that can sew the loops onto the new straps I've bought. The old straps are vinyl, but the new ones aren't. The new straps look and feel like canvas which will make them easier to work with than vinyl. Actually the loops could be taken off the original straps and sewn onto the new straps. The loops need to somewhat precisely placed, so I would bring the straps and the car to insure a good fit. It's really not a big job. This is not for today. The car is in the shop, I should get it back in 3-4 weeks. So if this is a little job you can do we can get together in late April/early May.
