Landscape Team lead Member Job Description: Operate year-round. All part time seasonal positions have the potential to turn into full time landscape positions after the winter season. We are seeking a team lead with experience in the landscape maintenance. Prefer a minimum of 1 year experience driving trucks with trailers, running commercial landscape equipment and snow removal equipment. However, willing to train the right candidates as well. Pay will be based on experience. Specific Responsibilities: • Performs landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, fertilizer application, weed control, aeration, spring clean-up, fall clean-up, trimming, and pruning. • Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to bed edger's, commercial mowers, blowers, dump trailers, chainsaws, line trimmers, and tillers. • Performs landscape enhancement activities such as mulch application, plantings, topsoil application, lawn seeding. • Addresses clients' questions, comments, and concerns or refers clients to the Team Leader as appropriate. • Assists with route and job planning and organization, thereby ensuring sufficient resources and materials are readily available. • Assists with equipment maintenance • Available during winter snow events to plow/shovel and/or snow blow. • Performs other duties as required. Job Requirements: • Valid Driver's License with reliable source of transportation and clean record. • Willing and able to work in all outdoor conditions. • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature. • Able to work unsupervised. • Team player and able to work with others with a professional attitude.
