Help Wanted: Property Maintenance

Looking for a motivated and able person to help with property maintenance at a manufactured housing community (mobile homes). Duties include: - General landscaping (mowing, trimming, brush cleanup, fall cleanup) - Tree trimming - Site work for new homes (excavation, grading, moving material, installing concrete pads, etc.) - Installation and finishing of new homes (connecting utilities, touch up finish carpentry and painting, etc.) - General carpentry (decks, etc.) - Equipment maintenance - Snow removal in winter There is plenty of work available to hire someone full time, but we can also be flexible and accommodate a part time candidate looking for fewer days/hours. No direct experience is necessary if you are responsible and willing to learn. CDL is not necessary, but a valid driver's license and clean driving record are a must. Experience operating equipment such as loaders, dump trucks, skid steers, etc. is a plus. Located on Route 108 in Somersworth, about 20 minutes from UNH.
