New Dealership - Opening Late Spring 2022 Southern New Hampshire based dealership is seeking to hire a self-starting Service Department Manager. This position is a Great Opportunity for someone who is entrepreneurial spirited, self-starting and aggressive at achieving results. The key role for this position is the ability to start and maintain a new Service Department. Compensation is based on experience. Schedule is Monday - Friday approximately 45 hours per week. Position includes full benefits package: 401(k) with company match, vacation, holiday pay, company-wide bonus/ incentive plan, health, vision and dental insurance. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, enforce, and monitor effective Service Department processes. • Create and achieve annual Service Department goals and budget. • Oversee a team of Service Writers. Requirements: • 3-5 years within diesel/automotive industry. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Time management and organizational skills with great attention to detail. • Ability to pass a drug test.
