Hello, Our firm manages a large company doing concrete, paving, and othe related masonry work in the Kansas City metro area, and our existing crews are no longer able to keep up with the demand for ours services. We're looking to divert a large selection of the incoming concrete work from our primary partner to several qualified subcontractors and concrete crews in the area. This is a huge opportunity if you're a small concrete company looking to grow but don't have enough to work to grow. We are paying for the lead generation as it's already built into our system, and all you have to do is take the incoming lead, process it as you would a regular job of yours, and treat it like your own customer. Like any partnership we must both make money. We take on the upfront cost of generating the lead but to make the deal fair, you'll pay us 10% commission on the jobs you get and keep the rest. In other words, we pay for the lead to contact you, you sell them and keep 90% of the revenue, and only pay us 10% referral. At the end of the day, this deal is fair for both of us. Incoming concrete work could include: - Driveways - Stamped concrete - Walkways & sidewalks - Parking lots & paving - Epoxy flooring - Foundations & footings - Garage and basement floors - Decorative concrete - Concrete repair - Coring/Cutting - And more But if you receive a lead for any work you don't do, you are not obligated to do it. SUMMARY: Our firm manages the lead generation for a large concrete company in the KC area. Our partner company is overwhelmed by demand and wants to monetize the excess demand by outsourcing it to smaller companies/subcontractors in the area. Note: Incoming leads will be forwarded to you directly from our lines, whether by phone or by email. It'll be up to you to respond to them in a timely fashion.
