Buford, Georgia Need help getting condo ready to be on the market

I have to connect water supplies to 2 bathroom sinks and one kitchen, hook drains to all, do about 10 minutes of very light sanding to walls, sand an outside door, spend about 20 minutes touching up wall with paint, plant the front door, and replace a socket for a light bulb in the ceiling. I also need to replace a board under a window still, which I already have and paint a little spot on the garage frame. Finally, I have to empty a small (5½ft X 8ft) trailer about 1½ miles away, drive it back and load a couch and 2 fridges (maybe 1) as well as a few small items, and take then ¼ mile away and unload. I need the first part of the work done asap, if they're is sometime that had experience doing that and will do it for a decent rate. Otherwise I just need a few helpers to help me. Email me and let me know what you are interested in doing, and if you want to do the stuff at the condo by yourself, I need a brief description of what qualifies you to do that type of work, and I will call you afterwards to discuss it. I will need somebody that you worked for that I can call. Otherwise I need the helpers early this afternoon.
