To apply, please click here: ENPHG Entry Level Maintenance Technician (Seasonal) Overview: At Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, the Entry Level Maintenance Technician role offers a seasonal opportunity for candidates who are interested in growing their maintenance skills through on-the-job training with a corporate maintenance team. Join us this summer to gain work experience with a family-owned multi-brand food service company who prioritizes offering a welcoming and positive culture for our team members. In addition to engaging in physical maintenance tasks, maintenance technicians will have an opportunity to develop and grow skills like time management, communication, and innovation while also having a chance to test out the career path through corporate maintenance exposure. Summary of Essential Functions: Complete any maintenance/repair tasks as directed by Facilities Management Team. Exterior power washing and painting. Interior floor maintenance and/or additional indoor maintenance tasks in the case of inclement weather Work with Maintenance Crew Leader and Facilities Coordinator/dispatcher to schedule restaurant visits and scope of work. Must be self motivated and able to work productively and independently upon completion of training and instruction from Facility Maintenance Crew Leader. Adhere to all safety protocols and responsible for the proper maintenance, organization, and cleanliness of the company van and tools. Notify EPM Crew Leader immediately of any Safety Concerns. Responsible for the proper maintenance and stock of necessary supplies. Minimum Job Requirements: Excellent communicator and team player. Must have internet access. Demonstrated coachable personality, and willingness to grow and learn. Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Work a tentative 5 Day/40-hour work week with management-approved flexibility provided Must be able to lift 100 pounds, be able to bend and crawl. Must be able to and be comfortable in the use of an extension ladder up to 25 feet. Must be drug free and maintain a clean valid driver’s license with no record of DUI violations. Adhere to all ENPHG policies and procedures Prior experience of primary responsibilities welcomed but NOT required. Training will be provided for new learned skills.
