Original music killer grooves, chord progressions and tight arrangements: Bluesy Rock, RocknSoul with blends of Funk and Be Bop, Swing, Jazz Fusion, Noisy Power PopnRoll. Mostly uptempo, straight to the point, lean and mean, melodic and catchy, lots of genuine and distinct attitude. Cliched and copycat stuff is out the window so don't try to drag in dated, hackneyed songwriter material that is gathering dust on YouTube, SoundCloud and BandCamp. Be reliable, easy to work with and in sync with the agenda and direction we are setting up. If you are not easy to work with and you have your own better ideas and musical agenda then organize your own band and crack on with it. You won't be calling the shots here. I just have better faculties for putting together riffs, chord comps and arrangements than singer songwriters who are wanker level instrumentalists. Wanker level musicians who are songwriters default to creating weak and generic sounding material that cannot sell. Some musicians have sort of figured this out on their own, maybe it crossed their minds for a moment, but in deep levels of their psyche they refuse to fully understand it. Therefore, they don't work to get past their current state of musical development as it relates to writing. That's why, plain and simple.
