Warehouse & Inventory Duties: • Maintain computerized and manual files for tracking inventory. • Perform transactions in SAP in regards to Purchase Orders, Inter-Company Transfers, and Service Orders when needed. • Oversees and assists with the unloading of trucks and placing of inbound material in assigned areas. • Supervise processing of inbound material for shipping or storage. • Oversees and assists, as needed with the loading of trucks according to shipping documents. • Responsible for the organization of the warehouse. • Supervise safe operations in regards to materials storage and movement. • Responsible for implementation of area, company, state and federal safety regulations in the Warehouse and surrounding areas. • Inventory of all merchandise on a periodic basis as directed. • Maintain records per company directives. • Process area records for storage or scrapping. • Responsible for the collection of unwanted material from all facilities and dispose of in accordance with area policy. • Responsible for Housekeeping of Warehouse and surrounding area to include yard, parking lot, and outside storage. • Responsible for organizing, loading and packing of various orders for deployment to the field. • May be asked to deliver materials when needed in the field. • Schedule Jobs with Operations as needed District Administrative Duties: • Daily entry of sales orders in system. This may be a conversion from a sales representative quote. • Verification of service order from sales order • Keep all files to support non-standard pricing • Maintain change orders on sales orders • Performs dig tests for sales department as needed • Purchase requests as needed for district operations. • Reviews and verifies job time entry • Reviews work schedule/ job planning with FSM • Accumulates, reviews, and calculates the weekly time sheets for hourly employees, and submits to payroll department in a timely manner. • Assists Area Manager with special projects as instructed • Landlord duties as applicable • Manage office supplies • Mail distribution (USPS, FedEX, UPS, DHL, etc) • Assist in scheduling and arranging travel, events, and meetings. • Coordinate random drug test program with HSE. • Assist Human Resources with documents related to vacation, benefits, posters, etc. • Manage CRM Database - assist sales team in keeping CRM current and accurate • Schedule Jobs with Operations as needed • Performs other related duties and/or special projects as required Education and Knowledge: High school degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Must possess or be able to pass forklift operators skills assessment. CDL eligibility preferred. Basic administrative experience required. Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations including decimals, fractions, percentages, and metric conversions. Must be capable of using computerized production scheduling systems and utility software systems. Must be able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in Microsoft office applications such as Excel and Outlook. Desired experience in SAP Financial Accounting System. Must be able to effectively read, write, and communicate in English.
