Local Business Seeking Production Worker

We are a small growing business in Milwaukee who provides nuts, dried fruits, and trail mixes to grocery stores, ice cream shops, and other wholesale companies all over the U.S. We are family oriented and pride ourselves in having a fun work atmosphere, while still working hard. We are in need of a production room worker. Job duties include making trail mixes, repacking cases, running a packaging machine, general warehouse work, some paperwork and computer tasks, and basic cleaning. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of our growing team and who is looking for a long term career. We are SQF certified (Safe Quality Food) and have audits once a year. Food safety knowledge a huge plus, but willing to train the right individual. Must follow all food safety protocols and rules. Must be comfortable working with food, have situational awareness and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Necessary Skills: Read and write in English Basic Computer Skills Basic Paperwork Communication Punctuality Positive attitude The ability to work alone or with others Food safety Teamwork General Warehouse The ability to lift up to 60lbs. Monday through Friday (no weekends!) 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pay will depend on experience and motivation. Benefits include paid vacation, paid holidays, 401k, and health insurance.
