Childcare/Nanny for 4 month old

Hello! We are looking for a nanny for our 4 month old daughter. I work from home but can't get much work done while also trying to take care of her. Hours and days are flexible. If we could do something like 12-5 3-5 days a week that would be ideal but if another option works better for the right person I can accommodate :) Someone with infant experience would be a plus. Our little girl is just learning the basics mostly. She needs help working on sitting up, tummy time, etc. She just started having a small amount of solid food but is mostly bottle fed breast milk.
