Join our team! Leland Management is seeking a full-time experienced Maintenance Tech for one of its HOA communities in the Orlando area. The position is full-time, Monday thru Friday with great benefits. Job Description Reports to: Maintenance Manager, Association Manager Performs skilled and semi-skilled labor in the repair of POA facilities. May include basic carpentry, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks. Ensure the property is in accordance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures. 1. Observes all safety rules and regulations to minimize risk, ensure the safety of employees and homeowners. Inspects property and common area for unsafe conditions, clears hazards; reports safety conditions, security issues and any suspicious activity. 2. Works on assigned projects, makes appropriate decisions based on work experience and individual skills. Reports any issues that are beyond capabilities. 3. Performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled facilities maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repairs. 4. Inspects and maintains all swimming pools in accordance with County ordinances. 5. Operates vehicles and other equipment in accordance with all safety regulations and procedures. Reports any mechanical problems. 6. Completes incident and accident reports as required. 7.
