30 DAY HIRING BONUS!!! IMMEDIATE HIRE!!! 3/29 start date. We are looking for installers of door edge guards in Inland Empire. (45 mins around Ontario area) PAID TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED. We are partnered with auto dealerships in the area. Focusing on installing paint protection film on door edges/ back of door handles/ top of rear bumpers. Paid training is included, which consist of 1-2 weeks for the trainee to understand the environment and capable of quality installs using our PPF kits. Installation is quick, each vehicle takes approximately 6-8 minutes to install. Installer can install approximately 25-75 cars on a given day, averaging out 5-6 cars an hour. Candidate will shift to FULL supervisory role once fully trained within 90 days, with one or two install technicians under your supervision. MUST have reliable source of transportation. MUST have smartphone for texting and email. Schedule is daytime 5-6 days a week. Seeking someone who is comfortable working outdoors on the lot. Must be energetic and friendly. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to multitask. Must be able to work with hands. Must follow instructions. Be on time every day. Speaking of Spanish helpful, but not necessary. Must be able to work alone or on a team while meeting daily/weekly install quotas. Clean and comfortable clothes are expected.
