Creating a Hair Band

Ok, so maybe hair isn't that important. I don't have much lol There are so many local bands covering 60's-70's classic rock. I would like to do something different and cover stuff from the 80's and forward. Think bands like: Motley Crue, Cinderella, Journey, Judas Preist, Bon Jovi, Scorpions, Tesla etc. Covering some good metal/hard rock with some solid ballads in between. I've got the vocals for it, just need the band to back me up. Looking for guitar, keyboard, bass and drums to get this show on the road.
