We are a local moving company that operates in Baton Rouge, Lafayette, New Orleans, and Hammond. Summer time is considered moving season and we are looking to add team members who align with our values as a company. Part Time Crew Members positions available. As a part time crew member you are expected to be well mannered, respectful of the customer, on time, hard working, and take pride in your work. The job that we do will entail loading, unloading, packing, and sometimes just rearranging for the customer. No smoking will be allowed on the job site, and no foul language, cursing will be tolerated. Across the board we maintain 5 star ratings with the customers we serve with over 300 verified reviews I expect all crew members to be on time, have reliable transportation, and to take pride in their work. Starting pay is $15/hr, regardless if we work 1 or 2 hours, you will be paid a 3hr minimum. The first month will be an evaluation period to see if you are the right fit for our company and will include training for what we expect when loading/unloading. Some days we only do 1 job, other days it’s 2 or 3 jobs per day. Paid cash daily once job is completed All part time crew members will be provided with a company issued uniform In the work we do customers often tip which is determined by the quality of work we provide and having a great attitude and work ethic.
