A middle ground needs to be found where the TAXPAYERS in NYS get some help. 1.) Reduce the amount of money wasted on welfare, the R.O.I on welfare is not worth the expenditure. 2.) Cut gas tax in half. 3.) Cut sales tax in half 4.) Eliminate fees ( TAXES in reality, just given a different name) for DMV, Park Use permits, transfer stations 5.) INCREASE "sin" taxes on non-essentials.
