In this position you will be speaking with residential homeowners (via phone, not in person) requiring various construction and repair services... Having a deep knowledge of every aspect is most important... inbound calls only, no cold calling..... After correctly assessing the homeowner's needs you will dispatch the correct trade person/contractor to fix, repair or build their project. Your job would also be to identify other issues they might have and to set appointments with the correct person/contractor. You must have verifiable experience and extensive knowledge...
