Investor needs help taking pictures of Properties

I’m a Flight Attendant and Real Estate Investor in the Buffalo area that needs help taking pictures of investment properties and doing walkthroughs with contractors and partners. Pictures can be taken with an iPhone or android phone. Just need extra eyes and ears to help me out every now and then to verify property details and contractor bids. Since I’m flying I can’t always be there so I’m looking for someone that can be there for me since my brother is in a wheelchair. He will meet you at the property and make sure the homeowner and contractors are there but we need you to go in since he can’t get into the basement area etc. Will pay $50 each walkthrough. The walkthrough takes normally 30-45 minutes. Can pay through cash app, Venmo or my brother can give you the cash after the walkthrough. Must have reliable transportation.
