You change the state and functionality of your psoas muscle group through understanding, identification and then exercises. Find out about the psoas and how to care and maintain a healthy balance in these important muscles which affect the rest of your body. Via zoom- all classes will be recorded and recordings will be available to all participants so you can follow along when it is best for you. 1-6pm $130
