SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY $200 to ensure a good home. I am rehoming my 6 year old Basenji Mix, Lily. My living situation and financial situation are about to change and I cannot take her with me even though it breaks my heart. She must be the only dog in the house. She has lived with children before but would do better with older kids and adults. She wants to be wherever you are. She is a people dog, she will not fight with other dogs but she does not like them. She can be protective of you on a leash but does not pull at all which is great. She is hesitant around new people but warms up very fast, however, she is afraid of strange men. She loves to just sit on the couch and watch tv or hang out with you when you work from home. She also LOVES playing ball/fetch. She will chase the ball for hours if you let her. She loves being pet and just getting any type of attention. She has a teddy bear she carried around with her and licks clean, it is adorable. She is house broken but can let out a little pee when shes scared, but it hardly ever happens anymore, but may happen at times the first few weeks she is with you. You will need to give her a few weeks to warm up to her new home. It will be an adjustment period for her. She comes with leash, collar, cage, jacket, dog bed, a wood topping for the cage to make it look like a table and her teddy bear. She is up to date on all vaccinations and you will get a copy of all her vet records and microchip information.
