The Expansion Weekend Day 2 The Expansion Weekend Consisting of a Two Day Exploration of the mind, body and breath. Day 1 : We will start off with light body movement followed by breath work. Shortly after a discussion we will go into The Art of Human Connection: A Workshop on living authentically. The Art of Human Connection is a 2 hour intensive on open communication, heart to heart discussions, Eye Gazing and ending with platonic cuddling. This is a workshop that can assist to create a safe enviroment for the wanting of physical touch but not wanting it to lead to a sexual undertone. Day 2: We venture into the psyche of Lucid Dreaming and Astral Projection. We will use 12 different herbs in a specially alchemically created with candles, sigils, and sound vibration from a uniquely crafted tank drum. We will start off by discussing the practices of astral travel and lucid dreaming. We'll go into the experiences and the stages of how to attain them. We will perform a ceremony around the tea before we embark on a guided water meditation. Afterwards, we will lie on our backs and go into a deep trance state induced by binaural beats and a guided meditation and breath work to induce the out-of-body experience. Bring a crystal of your choice for this class that makes you feel safe.
