We are looking for qualified individuals to lead a landscape construction crew. Please call Josh at 208-599-1009. What you will be doing: Lead and manage a crew of 2-3 employees daily Prepare and install sod, landscape rock, mulch & trees/shrubs Operate various equipment: Skid loader, trencher, sod cutter, & mini excavator Flag and lay out sprinkler systems What you need: 2 years experience in landscape constructions Resume of employment, with references A valid driver's license Reliable transportation Be able to show up to work on time Get along with and be able to supervise/direct other employees Be able to listen, understand direction and apply to tasks Ability to work 8-10 hrs per day in all weather conditions, rare weekends Attention to detail Why HomeScapes Boise? $20-28/hr 401K Plan available after 90 days employment Overtime pay Paid holidays PTO Performance bonus Up to date/working equipment
