Celebrating the diverse perspectives of the people, projects, and employers that lead the Puget Sound transportation industry. What?This year's Gala will be in-person and include networking, dinner, and award and scholarship presentations. When?Tuesday, May 3, 2022 Reception (passed hors de 'oeuvres) at 5PM Dinner and Program at 7PM Where?The Westin Hotel Seattle, 1900 Fifth Avenue, Seattle, WA Transit: The Westin is located in Downtown Seattle near multiple bus lines, the Westlake Link Station, and the Seattle Streetcar. Parking: Valet service provided at the main entrance of the hotel. The Westin will provide valet service at the same price as self-parking. Paying with Credit Card or CheckTickets can be purchased by credit card or check through Eventbrite by April 12 for early bird pricing or April 26 for standard pricing. Credit card payments include service fees. To pay by check, please register for the event through the "Check" ticket options and mail a check for the appropriate ticket amount to WTS Puget Sound, PO Box 2233, Seattle, WA 98111. Ticket only valid upon receipt of check for full cost of ticket. New This Year: Ticket Lottery!To expand access of this year's Gala, a portion of ticket prices goes towards providing free tickets to individuals unable to afford the cost. Limited tickets are available and recipients will be selected through a lottery. To enter the lottery, email [email protected] with your name by April 12. Lottery winners will receive their tickets by April 26. Additional InformationTicket Price Ticket includes one drink ticket, passed hors d’oeuvres, choice of entrées, dessert, and coffee. Meal choice is available through the RSVP process. A cash bar will also be available throughout the event. COVID-19 Safety To prioritize the health and safety of event attendees, proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this year’s event.
