Description

Tiny Blue Ghost UNDER 18 WITH PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN Tiny Blue Ghost Overheard, Samantha Spoto Tiny Blue Ghost, Overheard and Samantha Spoto perform at The Colony in Woodstock NY Tiny Blue Ghost Tiny Blue Ghost are a band possessed. Haunting, melodic vocals soar over a dreamy landscape of floating guitars, washy drums, and meandering bass that can pull suddenly into focus at a moments notice. Moving seamlessly across genre to genre, Tiny Blue Ghost can't simply be defined by any single label - unless you want to come up with a new term for a band that blends the best parts of bedroom pop, shoegaze, twee, indie, post-rock, and college rock. Since it's been three full years since Tiny Blue Ghost has released anything, it's fair to wonder what their newest output would sound like. We finally have an answer - their new EP "The Underneath" is all about growth. There is a lot of atmosphere here and space for things to find themselves. It feels like things are settling into their right places after years of searching. It feels like a band with an identity. “The Underneath” is out on 4.8.22 on Count Your Lucky Stars Records. Jittery drums act like kindling to the playfully interwoven guitar and bass, while ethereal vocals deliver deeply personal introspections wrapped up in dense layers of imagery and abstract storytelling.
