We will meditate and then take a moment to observe the different birds and plants that call this forest preserve their home. Ever wondered all the different ways you could enjoy being out in the forest preserves? Visit Beaubien Woods with us as Donisha Reed with Wellthy Living Coaching and Consulting, LLC guides us in a meditation and gently yoga by the Lake. We will then take a moment to observe the natural space around us in a short walk. Make sure to dress for the weather! Unvaccinated volunteers must wear a mask outdoors when physical distancing is not possible. Meet off the main parking lot, by the boat launch trail.
