Unleaded fuel in diesel tank at gas station

Has anyone pumped unleaded fuel in the diesel vehicle. SINCLAIR, MAVERICK ??? Seems one or more gas stations in reno/sparks has mistakenly put the wrong product in their holding tanks and been allowing customers to pump the wrong fuels into their vehicle. In this case has anyone had unleaded in there diesel ??? somewhere around March 10th ???
