Maintenance/Handyman for Growing Company

We are looking for a couple experienced maintenance people to join our team. We are a growing company that handles all aspects of property maintenance. We manage over 700 units and keep adding, this would be a full-time position with opportunity for overtime sometimes. We offer paid vacation/sick pay and Simple Ira after 90 days. Please have experience in working in this type of field. Please see below some of the examples of the work that we do. -Replace Bulbs -Change out Blinds -Bathroom/Kitchen Remodels -Painting -Decking -Drywall Repairs -Door Replacements This is just a minor list of the items that we see at rentals on a frequent basis. A valid drivers license is required for this job.
