612 Yoga and a team of local experts are joining forces to create a safe space for women to share, reflect, grow, & harvest their magic! Join us on a 6 week retreat March 19th - April 30thGather weekly with like minded people. Sessions run 1:30-3pm on Saturdays. Each session includes 30 minutes of yoga practice coupled with a one hour workshop or lecture. (No session April 16th) Experience the power of group support & connection Learn to open your heart & mind to embrace all of YOU Design your path in life based on what your true-self desires Weekly on-line check ins for those who want additional support or direction throughout their weekly journeys! Includes a kit filled with all the tools necessary to recreate these rituals after the series is over. ($125 value) Week 1: Full Moon Amplify + Release RitualMoon Salutation Flow by 612 Yoga. This week is all about releasing blocks and self-limiting beliefs, and amplifying gratitude. Meaghan Starr of NE Starr Collective will lead a Full Moon Release & Receive ceremony that includes self-reflection. She will perform healing energy work while walking you through a guided meditation at the end of the yoga class. Week 2: Shamanic Healing CircleSomatic Movement + Tapping by 612 Yoga. Healing is paramount to finding new beginnings. Jennifer Hammer of Cedar & Sage Healing Arts will lead you through a Somatic movement exercise, followed by a healing circle that explores nature’s elemental powers as medicine for your body & soul. Week 3: The Subtle BodyYin Yoga + Chanting Meditation by 612 Yoga. Self-care isn’t just about bubble baths and brunch. Personal Life Coach Natalie Taggart will show you how to reduce your stress and anxiety with tools like asking for help, setting boundaries, and cultivating true self care. Week 4: The Physical BodyYoga for Digestion by 612 Yoga. Filters & Influencers make it easy for us to compare ourselves to others. Learn to think about your body differently; listen to your body’s intuitions and start to love your body. Week 5: VisionHatha Yoga + by 612 Yoga. Personal Life Coach Natalie Taggart will guide you on how to find your voice to create the life you love. We will create a vision book that helps you document your journey. Week 6: New Moon Reflection + Intention RitualMoon Salutation Flow by 612 Yoga. This week is all about dreaming, resting and setting intentions. During the New Moon Reflection + Intention ceremony you will look inwards to map out what you want to manifest in your life.
