ELCA gathering for grades 8-12. Hosted by Humble Walk Lutheran Church @ Central Lutheran, Minneapolis, MN. An alternative to the youth gathering! For youth currently enrolled in grades 8-12. Hosted by Humble Walk Lutheran Church and Rev. Jodi Houge Programming based out of Central Lutheran Church in Minneapolis, MN Special Guests Rachel Kurtz, Joe Davis, Austen Hartke, Osheta Moore and Jenny Sung. Youth will participate in worship, group activities, service projects, art, music, field trip to Valleyfair theme park and and more! Registration fee includes programming, activities, field trips and most meals. Lodging arranged separately at host hotel, Holiday Inn Express. (Walking distance to our home base at Central Lutheran Church). More details regarding lodging coming soon! Lodging will be coordinated through your group leader and will be an additional fee. We are asking all participants and their leaders to stay onsite at the host hotel. Both leaders and youth participant should register. 1:7 leader (age 21+) to youth ratio required for each group. Program payment due at time of registration. No registration fee refunds. Hotel rooms must be booked through your group leader by June 1. Hotel refund can be issued if rooms are cancelled within 10 days. We are operating under the assumption that we will be able to execute programming with little to no covid restrictions. Should this change, the event may be cancelled. Participants would be given 30 days notice and a full refund of their registration fees. We will continue to monitor recommendations from the CDC and Minnesota Department of Health. Participants will receive further communication through their group leader (packing list, health forms etc) as we get closer to the event. Space is limited, register early!
