We’re looking to hire an onsite Coordinator in Chicago, Illinois to help run logistics for an event. We're looking for an onsite coordinator that would be available on 3/30 7:00AM - 10:30AM (perhaps a bit earlier) - are you available? We’ve put together a short description of the Onsite Logistics Coordinator role with key responsibilities and recommendations. Please review everything and let us know if you have any questions. What’s Swoop: Role Description: The role of the onsite logistics coordinator is be in-person representative of Swoop to ensure the event and the corresponding rides go smoothly. Swoop preaches a 5-star experience to our customers and our partners, and to help execute that 5-star experience, we hire logistics coordinators. A logistics coordinator will attend the event and ensure that the logistics of the event are executed as planned. You will be tasked to communicate with Swoop Dispatch on updates, with drivers about their logistics and ETAs, with the clients (e.g. event planners) on when customers are arriving and departing, and with guests to make sure their experience is top-notch. Role Expectations: Our expectation is for you to provide great customer service, impeccable communication to both Swoop and the event clients, and to be able to think on your feet. In many cases, you will need to make smart, educated decisions based on the logistics. Those decisions will be critical to the ride success. You will also be representing Swoop, so please remember that how you perform will also impact Swoop. Attire: Wear dark pants, a Swoop polo, and running shoes. No shorts, hats, or bad attitude.
