An experiment in wellness under the cosmos. Held inside the UAA Planetarium under a dome of stars, this will be an experience for people trying to gain traction in a chaotic environment. We will have guest speakers from across Anchorage who have knowledge from a professional standpoint as well as the independent well of life experience. Charles Meza (CDCS, CADC-I 'Chemical Dependency Counselor), Independent happiness guru/ chef Cody Shoemake and I would like to invite you to delve into knowledge that can help you gain a better understanding of the world around you as well as prepare you to live life truly. The environment is amazing for people with anxiety so no worries. Be comfortable and learn.
