Job requires: You don't smoke anything at the work site. You have your own tools and truck. You can get the work done in one week. You can frame out walls to code, hang sheetrock, apply plaster expertly and sand it. Install LVT flooring Finish with trim. All materials baught by owner. All materials transported by worker. All tools baught and provided by worker. If work is quality and timely: I will consider hiring fulltime for more projects Clean up of debris and work area is required. No third parties. No scams, References of previous work are required. Background checks will be performed at owners expense. Payment will be given at the end of each task completed and broken down into installments. Task 1: Frame out walls $100 Task 2: Hang Sheet rock on walls and ceilings $100 Task 3: Apply Plaster and Sand to quality Owner specifies. $100 Task 4: Install LVT flooring and Trim $100 Task 5: Finish Basement with trim and cleanup. $100 You will not be paid for your time, only your work performance.
