Looking for an experienced maintenance couple for mobile home park. Outside person Must be knowledgeable with plumbing, hvac, and minor electrical issues and able to crawl under trailers and repair water and sewer lines. Basic construction knowledge a must. Inside manager will help with tracking rents, splitting water bills and billing tenants monthly. Knowledge of quickbooks and office a must. Also some cleaning duties when tenants move out. 20-30 hours per week. This includes a 2 bed, 2 bath trailer and stippend. DOE
