Looking for Puppy to train for Psychiatric Service Dog

Looking for a medium to large breed female puppy that I will be owner/trainer to as a psychiatric service dog for my social anxiety and PTSD. I do not need breeding papers or AKC blood line paperwork, but I absolutely need copies of vet/shot records for the puppy, and preferably the parents as well. I expect breeds prone to congenital defects screened for them by a vet or genetic testing, or proof both parents are free of the defect. Ideally, I would prefer a short-haired dog with low grooming needs, but it is not a deal-breaker. Although overt aggression is obviously not okay, a bit of a protective instinct would not be bad for my particular needs, so I'm not against any of the so-called "aggressive breeds" (my last service dog was an American Staffordshire Terrier). I have plenty of time and am in good health, so breeds that require lots of attention and/or exercise are not a problem. I am also experienced and skilled at training, and I am consistent and even-handed, so breeds that are stubborn or need strong leadership are also not a problem (though not particularly desired). The individual puppy must have the proper temperament. Biddability is obviously paramount, but intelligence, being affectionate, playfulness, and curiosity are also important. It is important that in the time the puppy spends before I buy it, the breeder has given it a good, intellectually stimulating, nurturing environment. The puppy should be at least to some degree socialized, and the groundwork of basic training has been laid. I will want to meet the parents of the puppy and see the environment the puppies are living in. If you just leave your puppies alone all day in a room with a few toys and a water bowl and think that's taking care of them, don't waste my time. I'm open to breeds not on this list, but here are breeds that I have a particular interest in; - Hungarian Vizsla - Weimaraner - East European Shephard - American Staffordshire Terrier / American Pit Bull Terrier / Pit Mix - American Bulldog - AmStiff (American Staffordshire Terrier x Mastiff mix) - American Bandogge (American Bulldog x Mastiff mix) - American Bandogge Mastiff (American Pit Bull Terrier x Mastiff mix) - Doberman Pinscher (or a Pit Bull x Doberman Pinscher mix) - Rhodesian Ridgeback (low interest) - German Shephard (low interest) - Lab MIX ONLY (low interest) - Australian Kelpie (low interest) Willing to pay the appropriate amount of money for a quality puppy, but I expect proof that I'm getting my money's worth. I bought my last service dog as a puppy and took her up through AKC certified medium training, then did her specialized training myself. She was my service dog until she died of cancer at age 14. I know dogs, and I know how to train them, so have no fear that your puppy is going to an excellent home. I still need to buy the crate and collar and puppy food, but these pics are what I have waiting for the puppy (she has to share the bed with me, it is not just for her). So sell me a puppy.
