My name is Kyle I’m a flooring sub contractor looking for a helper. I’ve posted ads for helpers in the past year and hired at least 8 guys who have all lasted less than 2 weeks. They come for a day or two then the excuses start. Gotta take my kids somewhere, flat tires car won’t start someone in hospital. If you’re this guy PLEASE don’t bother responding. It’s not a hard job basically it’s cutting up carpet, sweeping, cutting open boxes, and helping lay floor. Pay starts at 15 an hour goes up as you learn more. No time limit if you pick up things fast I’ll give raises and bonuses. It’s easier if you have a car because the jobs range from north port to Bradenton. On long trips I’ll pay you more for rides and gas im not a cheapskate I know how it is. If you don’t have transportation the ONLY way that works is if you can meet me at my work office daily and be dropped there daily. I live close by. I sub for Home Depot they require background check it’s nothing crazy every one has a past. It’s a good trade to learn I think and a quick one to pick up on. The right person could be making 20 $plus an hour in less than 6 months. Just takes someone willing to work.
