I have the following work that needs to be done on my house Doors 1. My front door needs to be trimmed 2. My shed door needs to be replaced Baseboard: 1. I need 1 inch baseboard installed throughout my entire house. I've attached a floor plan with approximate measurements. Painting: 1. My ceilings need to be fixed (they have texture) 2. Random spots need to be touched up Floor: 1. My downstairs bathroom needs to have vinyl installed, I have it. 2. My upstairs master has a nook that needs to have hardwood installed, I have it. Railing: 1. Front railing needs to be reinstalled (railing sanded, painted, concrete holes dug out and new concrete put in) Vent Covers/Outlet Covers: 1. I need to have a few vent covers installed. I have them. 2. Need to have a few outlet covers installed, and maybe some replaced or painted? I can get paint, and the baseboard if you want, or if you want to get it and have me pay you back that's fine too. Looking to get the work done soon.
