Worker Needed for Fence Repair/Replacement

I am hiring a laborer/assistant to help with the repair of a cedar fence at a home near Austin Bluffs and Research Parkway (NE Colorado Springs). The successful hire will be a person who has some fence construction experience and who also has experience removing old fence posts (and the concrete caissons). The job starts Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at 9:00am. The work will probably last one to two days (two days is the maximum). It involves removing some old fence posts, the fence pickets, the stringers, pouring new concrete caissons, and replacing the deteriorated parts of the fence. This is real work, make no mistake. Please don’t respond to this posting if you are not used to physical labor. I need someone who shows up on time, knows how to follow directions, can communicate well, and is not afraid of hard work. You must have your own transportation. It would be helpful—but not necessary—if you had your own basic carpentry tools. The pay is $20/hour, paid in cash at the end of the job (as stated above, one or two days--two days maximum). No advances will be made on the pay. No loans will be made. You will get paid in cash at the end of the job. I have many more projects in Colorado Springs and the surrounding area, so if this first project works out there will be more opportunities to work and earn money.
