Seeking studio / room for vocal recording

Hi Everyone, If you, or anyone you know, has a room, whether an acoustically treated studio or a regular room, that I could bring my mic and preamp into and record vocals in silence, without noise disturbance, please let me know. Maybe you have a studio that you’d be willing to rent out for several hours at a time? I don’t require an engineer. We can discuss price. I would be recording either in the evening, or on weekends. Any leads for this would be much appreciated. Thanks!!
