I need an affordable fixer upper to rent please

My fiance and I are starting over, looking for a fixer upper to rent at an affordable price. Both of us have years of experience in home remodel/repair as well as landscaping. We both left terrible relationships,left everything behind to be together,as is we are having to live separate with days going by we don't get to see each other. We're ready to begin our journey together and would absolutely love to be in a home that blossoms and grows with us. We will even pay for supplies as well as do the work and pay rent. Apartment life isn't for us. We both have extremely well trained but large service animals. Looking for someone that may have a boarded up house in despair or one that just needs some tlc again at an affordable price, I can't pay 2,000 dollars a month and eat and pay for gas and utilities. Not possible. I can probably go as high as 800 but anything further is out of my price range. Please if you have something give us a chance.
