We are a Stain and Paint company A+ rated with the BBB who is looking for a sub contractor/painter with experience either painting or exterior staining to take on some jobs as well as assist with some of the duties on other jobs. We specialize in staining decks. Most of the decks we stain are around 500 square feet or greater. We also stain arbors, pergolas and screened in patios. We do mostly exterior painting on mostly backyard structures, home additions and patio covers. We get most of our business from our family owned and very busy deck company as well from a loyal customer base of repeat business so we stay busy throughout the year. We have been in business for going on 6 years so in addition to taking on new business we are growing our repeat customer business through annual maintenance. The person(s) we are looking for will perform but are not limited to the following duties: Interior/exterior Painting and Staining Power washing and Wood Brightening Sanding of large decks (cedar, Ipe, and TP) Staining Fences and Small Repair Ipe Oiling We need someone immediately to sand and oil an Ipe Boardwalk, sand and oil an Ipe pool deck, and several other decks to be stained. We provide the materials and we have paint and stain sprayers. It is preferred that you provide your own sprayers and tools but we can provide a rental of our equipment provided you can prove who you are willing to pay a small maintenance fee for using our equipment. We pay by the job for subs and an hourly rate of no less than $15/hr for general laborers.
