Job Description Construction Laborer – Demo and Prep Crew A growing pool plaster company is looking for a highly motivated and positive individual to join our Demo and Prep Team. This team member will be responsible for assisting in the preparations prior to plastering swimming pools. Preparations are the most vital stage of any pool plaster so attention to detail is a must. In this role you will be responsible for the install of pool plumbing, bond coat, water proofing, and anything that is needed to meet contractual requirements. Qualifications: - Strong mechanical aptitude. - Ability to work independently. - Positive attitude. - Detail oriented and organized. - A willingness to learn. - Drivers License with good driving record. - Reliable Source of Transportation - Able to swim! Experience: Pool experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right individual. A technical background is a MUST. Work Location: As a pool plaster company our projects are located all around the greater Austin Area, so a drivers license and a reliable vehicle(preferably a truck) is a must. Will meet at our warehouse every morning at 730 to take company trucks to sites. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18+/hour DOE PTO: 80 hours per year accrued throughout year Job Type: Full-time Contract
