I have a beautiful black and tan male longhair dachshund named Igor. We got him from a breeder who didn't have time for him and said he needed socialization. She got him as a Russian import. He is almost 2 and is AKC registered. He is not neutered but up to date on shots and worming. We have worked with his socialization over the last few months and he's come out of his shell. He's very loving and attached to anyone who is willing to give him a few days to adjust. He is shy will new people but is getting better. He's not aggressive to other people at all, but will hide until he gets to know them. He would do wonderful with a family who is willing to work on his socialization and loves a lap dog, as he loves to be on the couch once he gets comfortable with you.
