Spray foam installer/Insulation lead

We are a local insulation company looking to hire an insulation installer/sprayer. Duties Include: -Jobsite leadership: Time, materials, quality & efficiency monitoring -Co-Worker/Customer/Contractor relations & communication -Masking & taping & cleaning assistance -Equipment transportation - Box truck, truck and trailer -Material/supply -Job documentation / contract implementation -Able to follow and enforce company policy and procedures -Job Performance reporting Experience/requirements: -Must have a valid Driver's License w/ clean driving record, - Experience w/ spray foam installation & equipment is a must. -Insulation (batt & blow-in) knowledge a plus but not required. -Construction experience preferred. -Must have some management/leadership experience as this is a lead position. -Excellent communication skills. -Building code knowledge a must. Physical requirements -Must be comfortable lifting 50lbs or more, must be able to reach and bend frequently -Will be required to wear a full suit and mask most of the time Qualifications: -A team player!! -Proven leadership skills required! -Quality driven & detail oriented. -Must be efficient and have pride in work-we need someone who cares about our customers and our reputation. -A good attitude; personable & approachable with the customers, contractors, and co-workers -Willing to do what is takes to get the job done, even if it's the grunt work! -Honesty, dependable, and has a good work ethic! -Ability to handle hectic situations in dealing with deadlines and tight schedules -- excellent problem solving skills -Punctual -- keeping schedule and being on-time for job start times is very important! -A willingness to grow the company w/ attention to ways we can improve operations & service This is a construction opportunity, schedule must be flexible, majority of work hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday, some weekends & evenings may be necessary, and some overnight travel w/ per diem pay.
