T W Enterprises, Inc is looking for an experienced excavation person to run their Earthwork Division. Equipment operator -All new equipment - Mid size to small excavators, front end loaders, large and small skid steers, mini skid steers, etc... Up to $35/ hour based on experience. Medical and Dental Insurance available, Simple IRA Retirement Plan, vacation time, cell phone reimbursement, uniforms, bonuses, M - F 6:30 - 4:30 w/45 min lunch, This person should understand residential excavation jobsite procedures with little explanation, operate various pieces of equipment with attachments, and direct a small crew. Small foundation holes, drainage, driveways and gravel pads, leach fields, Harley rake, lawn installs, lot clearing, tree and stump removal, forestry mulching, flail mowing, etc...Winter work includes snow plowing. Must have a drivers license, willingness to teach and a good attitude.
