We hired someone to guide us through construction of an out building with a wood frame, concrete footer, and concrete stem wall. The dude disappeared mid-job. We want to pay someone to consult and guide us as we pour the footers and stem wall, move the preframed structure on top of the stem wall, put on siding and roofing, etc. We plan to do the manual labor. We pay you for your expertise.
