Looking for drummer to form a tight power trio

Howdy! We are two local dudes who have been playing music together for a super long time and are looking for a drummer to form a sick power trio. We have a ton of original content, a large practice space and massive amps. Ideally we practice once a week for 2-3 hours depending on the day and if I had to briefly summarize our goals it would be to: 1.) Play shows 2.) Have fun playing music 3.) Be loud and not bad In terms of maybe the sound or direction we want to go, I'd say it's somewhere between power-pop/pop, punk/pop-punk, with maybe a sprinkle of some emo and indie hooks? I dunno, describing music is weird. Anyways, for more context here's some bands that we like as a band and may act as possible pools of inspiration as we craft the songs with you: Wipers, Goggs, Jawbreaker, The Thermals, Dinosaur Jr, Joyce Manor, Rozwell Kid, Eddy Current Suppression Ring, Toys that Kill, Parquet Courts, Pavement, Meat Market, Screaming Females, Japanther ect.. ect..
