I also own another company where I create online content, so paying rent will not be a problem at all. My ideal move in time would be sometime towards the end of May. I have an average credit score along with my 2 Articles of Organization and very impressive bank statements. Oh, and I do have a little puppy Chihuahua named Tater Tot. My ideal rent payment is around $2500. Deposit not a problem. If you have a home you'd like to rent to a great tentant who is basically a hermit with no friends and who is hyper focused on her business, then I'm your gal!!
